Brad is the founder/organizer of the CUTCO Cares World Impact Initiative. He has been a Division Manager at Vector Marketing for 12 years and worked in Vector for more than 30 years. He studied at Texas A&M University and Hardin-Simmons University. Now based in Fallbrook, California with his wife, Paulette, and their two children, J Brad Britton is a best selling author who has been in direct sales since 1988. He is responsible for more than $400 million in business revenue and has personally trained and developed thousands of leaders in sales and management. While with CUTCO, J Brad and his sales organizations have earned eight national championships, helped develop seven other national champions in various categories, and he is a member of the company’s Hall of Fame.

Brad is involved in Rotary, International. With his wife, Paulette, and daughter, Madison, he co-founded a charitable organization called Annie’s Closet in Malawi, Africa. He also co-founded CUTCO Cares, an organization that facilitates group volunteer projects domestically and abroad. Foreign projects include locations in Guanacaste Costa Rica, Puerto Vallarta Mexico, Munich Germany, Paris France, and Grand Cayman. He has done consulting for more than a dozen companies over a 9 year hiatus from Vector, including Sensi Media Group, COX Cable, Baby Signs LLC, Neighborhood Communications, Concierge Gold Services, DSR Inc., and Best Version Media. Since 2017, he and his wife have invested in syndicated real estate deals - all apartment complexes in Arizona and Texas for a total of 745 doors.
